How do I start the free trial?

Click "Start Free Trial" on any page. Sign-up takes under 2 minutes — no credit card required. You get 14 days of full access.

Which channels are supported?

WhatIBot supports WhatsApp Business API (Meta), Telegram Bot API and Instagram Direct Messages. You manage everything from one dashboard.

Does the bot speak my language?

Yes. WhatIBot supports Lithuanian, English, French, Arabic, Darija, Spanish and Italian. The AI detects the customer's language automatically.

How do I cancel my subscription?

Cancel any time from Dashboard → Settings → Subscription. No cancellation fees. Your access stays active until the end of the billing period.

Can I change plans mid-cycle?

Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade at any time from Settings. Changes take effect immediately with pro-rata billing.

Where is my customer data stored?

All data is stored on European servers (Supabase EU). WhatIBot is fully GDPR-compliant and never sells or shares your data with third parties.
